A progressive veterinary practice in Tamworth Staffordshire is looking for a skilled and passionate lead veterinary surgeon to deliver exceptional patient care. Youll be working alongside a friendly experienced team that values integrity compassion and continuous development.

Work 4 days a week and 1 in 3 Saturdays with no Sundays or OOH . paying up to 80000 with 5000 welcome bonus.

- Deliver highquality veterinary care to patients across a variety of cases
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and client satisfaction
- Participate in clinical discussions and help maintain practice standards
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a supportive working environment
Candidate Requirements
- RCVSregistered Veterinary Surgeon
- Strong clinical skills and a proactive teamoriented attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
