Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator youll review usergenerated content to ensure it follows platform guidelines addressing any issues as they arise. Your role is essential in safeguarding the platforms integrity and identifying potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess text images videos and links for adherence to community policies
- Enforce moderation standards fairly across all content types
- Handle user appeals with clarity and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet compliance requirements
- Monitor user behavior to spot and mitigate potential risks
- Recommend improvements to moderation processes and tools to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B1 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
