Role Overview:
As a Customer Advisor youll connect with clients across various platformsphone chat email and social mediato resolve account technical and financial issues. Your role will be key in ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support through multiple channels (phone chat email social media)
- Help customers with account setup verification login payments and technical concerns
- Serve as a reliable contact point especially for sportsrelated client inquiries
- Address feedback and issues with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate clearly to build trust and lasting relationships with clients
- Ensure every interaction aligns with internal policies and quality standards
- Share insights and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer journey
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 01 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
