Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a mobility specialist dedicated to bringing the best user experience to their customers through innovation service and technology. Their customers are at the heart of everything they do and they dont settle for anything less than excellence.

They are currently seeking a motivated enthusiastic experienced Customer Service Associate to join their growing team. As a Customer Service Associate you will be the first point of contact for all customers providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Working Pattern:

Shifts between 8.30am 5.30pm Monday to Friday

1 in 5 Saturdays working 9.00am 5.00pm with a day off in the week.

Customer Service Associate Duties:

  • Arrange coordinate and communicate all deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on time.
  • Manage the Customer Service inbox.
  • Provide inhouse drivers & engineers with clear and concise delivery instructions.
  • Ensure that orders are complete prior to dispatch.
  • Deal with all troubleshooting calls with the aim to resolve customers issues over the phone before sending out engineer support.
  • Call customer after engineer visits ensuring they are happy with the outcome.
  • Ownership of all cancellation calls ensuring you your upmost to keep the customer.
  • Ensure all customer profiles are kept up to date.
  • Working in a target driven environment focusing on excellent customer service.
  • Taking ownership of complaints and following procedures to ensure the complaint is resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Call Centre experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must.
  • Strong personal organisation skills.
  • Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
  • Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.
  • Maintain a friendly and customer serviceoriented approach to coworkers and customers.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
