Job Description:

We are looking for talents with Swedish communication skillsto join us in our stateoftheart working environment in Greece after relocating to Athens. Drive sales build relationships and grow your career in a fastpaced highenergy sales environment!

Job Requirements:

• Ability to support customers via inbound phone chat and email in a professional and serviceminded manner.

• Comfortable working with both sales and service inquiriessupporting customers with purchases as well as handling complaints or postsale issues.

• Will follow structured scripts and processes to identify customer needs and close sales.

• Willingness to be crosstrained and handle both sales and service tasks after the initial 30 days in the role.

• Strong communication skills attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

• Native or nearnative fluency in Swedish and excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Strong customeroriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and adapt to customer needs.
• Problemsolving abilities and a keen interest in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Proven ability to work independently prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a genuine interest in technology.
