Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers creating a strong first impression and expanding a client portfolio.
- Serve as a trusted advisor guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fulfill the needs of small and mediumsized businesses using leading cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize upsell and crosssell opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it back to the business as the Voice of Customer.

Youre an ideal match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in Flemish and fluent in English.
- Have 12 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success or experience in sales account management or customer relations.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with or selling Microsoft Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365 or similar solutions.
- Possession of Microsoft Fundamentals certification in MS Azure Modern Workplace and/or Business Applications.
