The Role
- Collaborate closely with the XL Account Executive to develop outbound strategies targeting high-potential enterprise accounts.
- Research and identify key stakeholders within target organizations to initiate personalized outreach.
- Engage prospects through a combination of cold calls emails social selling events and other channels.
- Qualify leads based on business needs budget timeline and decision-making process.
- Book discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoff to the Account Executive.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Hubspot.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity and activity targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and messaging effectiveness to continuously improve outreach.
- Represent Factorials brand and value proposition with professionalism and authenticity.
Your Profile
- Experience: Previous experience in SDR/BDR/MDR/ISR roles with strong outbound focus (preferably B2B or SaaS).
- Market Familiarity: Background in Tech SaaS IT or HR preferred
- Communication: Native-level German and fluent English required
- Sales-Oriented: Comfortable initiating conversations with senior stakeholders and uncovering pain points.
- Organized & Driven: Ability to manage a high volume of outreach while staying focused on quality and outcomes.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot Salesforce SalesLoft or similar.
- Collaborative: A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
- Eager to Learn: Hungry to grow open to feedback and motivated by personal and team success.
