Job Title: Operations Assistant Sales & Project Management
Location:
Remote (MST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a fastpaced signage and manufacturing business that blends data logistics and design to deliver impactful projects. The team is collaborative and projectfocused leveraging operational support and data coordination to keep sales and project management on track.

Position Overview:

Were looking for a proactive and detailoriented Operations Assistant to support both the Sales and Project Management teams. This role involves data collection code and pricing research task tracking and followups that ensure smooth project and reporting. Its a strong fit for someone who enjoys process work staying organized and helping teams deliver on their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research codes prices and product specifications to support sales quoting.
  • Track project and task progress sending reminders and updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain shared task lists and followup documentation across departments.
  • Support reporting by gathering and organizing data from internal tools.
  • Assist with the preparation of status updates reports and team documents.
  • Coordinate between Sales and PM teams to ensure smooth communication and .


Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in an operational admin or support role.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with ERP tools such as Odoo or similar platforms.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with crossfunctional communication in English.
  • Selfstarter with a proactive nothing falls through the cracks mindset.


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience working in a signage construction or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with project management or CRM tools.
