Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee endtoend project management for fasttrack fitout projects ensuring delivery within scope budget and quality standards.
2. Collaborate closely with clients designers contractors and suppliers to align on project goals milestones and deliverables.
3. Develop monitor and adjust project schedules to address evolving challenges and requirements effectively.
4. Supervise onsite progress to ensure compliance with design specifications safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
5. Foster clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to achieve seamless project .
6. Lead project teams with a proactive goaloriented mindset resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience managing fasttrack fitout projects particularly in restaurants retail or shopping malls.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
3. Flexibility to handle unforeseen changes while maintaining a solutionsdriven approach.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and build strong client relationships.
5. A goaldriven mindset focused on delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines.
6. Indepth knowledge of fitout processes materials construction techniques and safety compliance.
