Your Mission
As a Finance Project Manager you will play a key role in driving the financial performance of strategic projects. You will ensure sound financial management across all project phases from bidding to execution while actively contributing to business decision-making. You act as the financial reference point for the entire project team working closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure financial performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Project Manager to define and implement the projects financial strategy.
- Monitor financial performance: margin cash flow risks and opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing milestone tracking and cash collection.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
- Contribute to negotiations with customers and suppliers on financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal rules and external regulations.
- Act as a key interface with central finance functions (Controlling Tax Audit Treasury).
- Prepare and lead project reviews (financial forecasts risk analysis reporting).
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and value creation.
Your Profile
- Masters degree in Business Engineering Finance or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance ideally in project controlling or financial controlling (beyond audit roles)
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of profitability cost control and financial forecasting.
- Proactive rigorous and hands-on: you like to be at the heart of the action.
- Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive flexible and a strong team player.
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
Proficiency in Excel and SAP (CO module is a plus).
