Job Description

Regional Sales Manager

Were delighted to be recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to join our exciting new homes sales team. You will be based out of our Bracknell office and will be required to travel to sites on a regular basis.

Were looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join us on a permanent basis at an exciting time of growth.

Operating mainly within our southeast area portfolio youll be responsible for managing the southeasts new sales team and a portfolio of shared ownership schemes ensuring targets are met and leads are converted into sales.

A driven selfstarter youll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle and day to day management of your team. A strong knowledge of the regions property market shared ownership and experience of managing a new homes sales team is essential.

Using your excellent customer service and interpersonal skills youll ensure the needs of customers are fully understood and youll be there to support your team in providing the highest levels of service whilst meeting agreed targets and KPIs.
