What You Bring:
MustHave Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina RN license (or compact state license).
- 5 years of clinical experience with a strong background in ICU/CCU.
- 3 years of progressive healthcare management or leadership experience.
NicetoHave Qualifications:
- Experience in other critical care or highacuity clinical settings will be considered.
- Proven track record in staff development quality improvement and strategic planning.
- Strong communication problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
