Remote Customer Care with a Financial Corporation (German Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! Youve got to be located in Greece.
Salary is EUR 1300 per month gross with bonuses

As a member of our Client Success Team youll play a key role in ensuring our clients have the best experience possible acting as a trusted advisor on all things related to capital markets. We believe that digital means connecting closely with our customers and were looking for enthusiastic individuals who share this vision.
What youll do:

Serve as a reliable point of contact for existing customers and those interested in our services via phone email or chat.

Collaborate with other teams and partners to resolve more complex queries quickly and efficiently.

Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty ensuring an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.

Continuously expand your expertise in finance through internal training and personal development.

Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work closely with various departments to enhance our products and processes.
What were looking for:

Proficiency in German with a good command of written and spoken English.

Strong communication skills especially in English.

A completed or inprogress bachelors or masters degree preferably with a focus on finance or relevant bank training.

A passion for capital market products and digital solutions.

A friendly solutionoriented attitude and an ability to work well under pressure and attention to detail.
