Requirements:
At least 12 months of direct customer service experience preferably in contact centers within a B2C and/or B2B environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Native Italianlevel proficiency in spoken and written communication
Minimum B2level English proficiency both spoken and written
European Nationality or Portuguese Work Permit
Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
Highly organized quick to learn new processes and adaptable to change
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate efficient and highquality service
Ability to empathize with customers and effectively handle their concerns
Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings weekends and/or holidays (Shifts: 8 AM to 8 PM Monday to Sunday)
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone email or chat diagnosing issues and providing effective solutions
Document each action taken categorizing cases and potential bugs for the technical team to address
Provide both general and technical support to customers using paid products
Escalate complex issues according to established procedures
