Job Description

Customer Care with a Video Streaming Corporation (Italian Language)

Office Location is Rocha do Conde de bidosLisboa Portugal

Salary is EUR 15260 per year gross with bonuses

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of direct customer service experience preferably in contact centers within a B2C and/or B2B environment

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Native Italianlevel proficiency in spoken and written communication

  • Minimum B2level English proficiency both spoken and written

  • European Nationality or Portuguese Work Permit

  • Proactive attitude and strong team spirit

  • Highly organized quick to learn new processes and adaptable to change

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate efficient and highquality service

  • Ability to empathize with customers and effectively handle their concerns

  • Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings weekends and/or holidays (Shifts: 8 AM to 8 PM Monday to Sunday)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone email or chat diagnosing issues and providing effective solutions

  • Document each action taken categorizing cases and potential bugs for the technical team to address

  • Provide both general and technical support to customers using paid products

  • Escalate complex issues according to established procedures
