We are currently hiring an Agency Success Programmatic Specialist with German. This is a remote opportunity with a fixed schedule.
About the Role
In this role you will provide specialized support to programmatic accounts across various industries overseeing media strategy adoption and acceleration for your assigned accounts. Your goal will be to develop and execute business plans that drive both customer and business growth.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with internal teams clients and agency partners engaging with digital media decisionmakers to understand their business objectives. Identify opportunities and deliver solutions that leverage programmatic media tools.
Develop collaborative strategies that drive display and video investments optimizing internal resources and providing tailored approaches and product feedback.
Stay up to date on the programmatic landscape and serve as a thought leader guiding clients on the evolving advertising landscape and available programmatic opportunities.
Provide detailed account analysis to ensure that clients exceed their performance goals.
Lead platform training media planning and of campaigns across Display thirdparty Video YouTube and CTV.
Educate clients on the changing privacy landscape to ensure they are set up for success in the future.
Required Experience
At least 1 years of experience in Digital Marketing Operations (Content / Campaign Management / Optimization).
Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent English C1level German) with excellent multitasking and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
Proactively communicate issues and seek solutions.
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs string functions logical functions and pivot tables).
Handson experience with digital programmatic buying using demandside platforms (DSPs) for largescale clients (minimum of 2 years).
Experience with various DSPs and integration between programmatic platforms sales and adserving systems.
Background in working with media agencies (digital and traditional/offline) and a solid understanding of the market landscape.
Experience working with clients on advertising products or martech/adtech (e.g. pitching solutions consulting or product demonstrations).
Strong relationship management skills including the ability to engage and influence leadership at all levels.
Excellent project management skills able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively within crossfunctional teams.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively.
DV360 platform knowledge is required.
