Job Description

Job Title: Hungarian Outbound Sales Representative (Onsite/Hybrid) Barcelona

Location: Barcelona Spain

Job Type: Fulltime

Work Model: Onsite & Hybrid options available

About the Role:

Were looking for a motivated Hungarianspeaking Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team in Barcelona. In this role you will proactively connect with potential customers in the Hungarian market to promote products or services build strong client relationships and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to Hungarianspeaking prospects and leads

Identify customer needs and match them with the right product or service solutions

Manage and nurture your own sales pipeline

Follow up on marketing campaigns and warm leads

Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes using CRM tools

Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends

Collaborate with sales marketing and customer success teams to optimize processes

What Were Looking For:

Nativelevel Hungarian speaker (C2 spoken and written

Good command of English (B2 for internal communication

Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a strong plus

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Selfmotivated targetdriven and resilient under pressure

Comfortable working with sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)

Team player who can also thrive independently

EU work permit or valid visa to work in Spain
