Are you passionate about helping people and fluent in French Were on the lookout for a motivated and customerfocused Call Center Agent to join our international team in Barcelona. Whether working from our modern office or combining home and office days youll provide topnotch support to Frenchspeaking customers ensuring a smooth and friendly experience every time.
Handle inbound calls emails and chat inquiries from Frenchspeaking customers
Assist customers with product or servicerelated questions and offer effective solutions
Resolve issues quickly and professionally always aiming for customer satisfaction
Accurately log customer interactions using internal systems
Coordinate with other departments (e.g. logistics tech support sales) to solve more complex requests
Stay informed about company policies updates and procedures
Achieve personal and team goals related to customer service quality and efficiency
Fluent French speaker (C2 level) both written and spoken
Good command of English (B2 or above)
Experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A solutionoriented mindset with patience and empathy
Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems (e.g. Zendesk Salesforce)
Valid EU work permit or visa to work in Spain
