Tasks
- Coordinate agile delivery with a strong governance mindset ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry best practices.
- Oversee Incident and Change Management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
- Support the governance of security and compliance initiatives promoting riskawareness and proactive mitigation.
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and service management functions.
- Ensure the proper use and integration of tools such as Jira Confluence ServiceNow and PagerDuty.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage SLAs reporting and audit requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement by analyzing metrics identifying bottlenecks and driving operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master Incident Manager Change Manager IT Governance Coordinator or Security Operations.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and ITIL framework.
- Familiarity with security standards and governance models in technology environments.
- Experience using Jira Confluence ServiceNow PagerDuty and similar platforms.
- Strong organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Availability to start immediately or within 15 days is a must.
- Must be located in Portugal for remote work eligibility.
