Primary Fund Investments: Facilitate investments in private equity
funds across asset classes and geographies.Equity CoInvestments: Coordinate direct investments alongside
premier private equity sponsors.Secondaries: Manage the acquisition of limited partnership interests
in seasoned private equity funds.Private Credit: Structure and execute investments in private debt
instruments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as an intermediary between investment funds and potential
investors.Prepare marketing materials and formulate targeting strategies.
Organize roadshows and negotiate on behalf of the fund.
Enhance the credibility of fund managers by leveraging established networks.
Experience & Skills Qualifications:
Experience in investment banking or capital markets.
Strong networking abilities with institutional investors.
Understanding of securities regulations.
Ability to prepare comprehensive marketing materials.
