As an Admin Assistant you will be a vital part of our operations supporting our team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Your role is crucial to maintaining the high standards of organisation and client satisfaction that we pride ourself on.
In the role of Admin Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to our daily operations. Your daytoday activities will include:
Managing correspondence including emails and phone calls
Organising and maintaining files and records
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
Supporting the team with adhoc administrative tasks as needed
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous administrative experience is preferred
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
