As a key part of our customer support team you will provide assistance across multiple channels and ensure topnotch service throughout the customer journey.
Provide outstanding customer care via phone chat and email in French and English
Assist with account creation and resolve any related issues
Facilitate effective communication between hosts and guests
Troubleshoot and resolve general support queries in a timely and efficient manner
Handle and deescalate complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer support is a plus
Comfortable working in a fastpaced multicultural environment
Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis including weekends and holidays
Proficient with digital tools and multitasking across multiple platforms
