We are so excited to continue our collaboration with a French Bistro that prides itself on serving authentic Frenchinspired dishes made from the finest seasonal produce. Located in the heart of London they are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their team of 5.
You will have experience working at 2 Rosette level and above.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Junior Sous Chef
- 38000 to 40000 per annum plus 3500 to 4000 service charge
- Set days off Sunday and Monday
- Working alongside an excellent Head Chef
Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef
- Creating a variety of beautiful Frenchinspired dishes for up to 20 covers at lunch and 50 covers during the evening service
- Running a section and overseeing junior chefs in other sections including providing training and development
- Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
- Making the most of the restaurants access to the freshest ingredients sourced from small independent suppliers
- Showcasing exceptional communication skills and passing on your culinary expertise to others
You will be joining the team at a pivotal time as they strive for further accolades. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your culinary skills while working closely with a highly motivated and knowledgeable team.
