- Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
- Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt followup with prospects and clients.
- Conduct the Kitchen TuneUp sales process (training is provided).
- Have confidence to ask for the sale be persistent in followup and have a strong desire to succeed.
- Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
- Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire and position yourself as an industry professional.
- Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process.
- Generate leads at home shows and other networking industry and local events.
- Selfmotivated and detail oriented with excellent reporting and communication skills
- High quality interpersonal skills
- Willingness to embrace and use technology including but not limited to: MS Office CRM software 2020 Design software Adobe Canva
- Commitment to the mission vision and values of the company
- Able to demonstrate a strong history of closing sales with confidence
- At least 57 years of sales experience
- Steady work and rapid growth in the market
- Sales training and all sales tools and materials provided.
- Ongoing coaching and training provided.
