Permanent full time 37.5 hpw 22.5 admin and 15 hours in service on shift.
Pay 13.98 per hour 27338 per annum pro rata and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Join us in this great and rewarding job as our Positive Behavioural Support team Leader. Youll manage our team to provide personcentred and strengthsbased support to our customer (lets call them A) and help them reach their full potential.
Typical day as our PBS Team Leader
- Youll manage a team of PBS Support Workers centred around a customer with complex presentation.
You and your team will support customers with any aspect of their daytoday living. Youll work in a personcentred strengthsbased and psychologically informed way so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life. Youll be in regular contact with your manager updating escalating and reporting on all aspects of the service delivery. Youll be responsible for planning and overseeing complex support working with customers who display behaviours of concern and may require personal care working alongside Home Groups local multidisciplinary team Motivating directing guiding coaching and supporting your team to work with our customers.

You have
- Experience in CQC Regulated services a Level 4 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or equivalent or prepared to work towards it.
- Worked as a Senior Support Worker leading support for people with complex needs or behaviours of distress.
- A patient and calm approach able to adapt your style to Xs needs as well as to the specific occasion and circumstances even when they challenges us.
- Great people management and motivation skills bringing colleagues together to share information best practice and fostering creativity.
- Experience of positive risk management ensuring the safety and wellbeing of customers and colleagues. And ideally got Makaton but thats not a deal breaker!
- To help A get out and about youll need to be able to drive a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that well pay your mileage!

Job details
- Work pattern 22.5 hours in the office within the service home on admin duties and 15 hours on shift with one sleep in.
- Able to use technology to update create and update support plans communicate with colleagues and complete online learning.
- Well make sure you have a fantastic induction with ongoing learning and support.
- Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
