Job Description
General Purpose:
The Marketing and Communications Intern is responsible for assisting the Troon Sales & Marketing Department with a varied degree of duties and responsibilities. The tasks will involve the assisting with the implementation of Troon Marketing Programs as well as assisting the Directors of Sales & Marketing with delivering support to Troons portfolio of daily fee and resort facilities.
Essential Duties:
- Working with sales and marketing team in an effort to support clubs and partners with various tasks
- Curating content for Troons social channels.
- Assisting with the implementation and development of Troon Rewards Troon Card and other Troon programs
- Updating essential departmental materials
- Visiting & networking with Arizona properties to learn more about the field positions from Membership Directors Communication Managers etc.
Education/Experience:
- Enrollment in a Bachelors degree program
Job Knowledge Skill and Ability Preferences:
- Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
- Ability to multitask take initiative and willingness to learn
- Experience with content creation
