What is the role
This service is in Ystrad Mynach and at the home of 2 funloving and creative individuals with learning and physical disabilities. This is a high support need service and will be working with these incredible individuals to enhance their various skills and support them with daily activities.
One of the Individuals we support has their Medication Administered via PEG All relevant Training and competency signs off will be completed so experience is beneficial but not essential.

What skills and experience do you need
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is important are;
- A passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible
- An enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to peoples lives
- A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player.

What are the pay and benefits
- An hourly rate of 12.75 making the annual salary 24531 (FTE)
- Sleep in Rate 62.64
- Wakeful night rate 12.15 20
- 26 days (pro rata) holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays
