Job Description
Overview
We are looking for aTherapy Team Lead to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities
The therapy team lead is responsible for patient care delivery direction and supervision of care provided in an age appropriate manner consistent with the principles and practices of the state where the hospital or clinic resides the professional code of ethics and the policies procedures and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. As the Lead responsible for assisting with scheduling and other administrative services in support of managing the department. Approximately 80 of the time is spent in direct patient care.
Qualifications
Education and Training: Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist Speech Language Pathologist Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where the hospital resides. A bachelors degree or higher is preferred. Current BLS certification required.
Experience: Minimum of 23 years of clinical/patient care experience required. Prior leadership experience is preferred.
