This role offers a unique opportunity to combine practical case management with spiritual and relational support in a Gospelcentered setting.Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of women in the Agape program; meet regularly with guests and maintain accurate client records (digital and paper).
Works alongside a team of Agape staff volunteers and interns.
Build trustbased relationships and guide guests toward resources that address the root causes of homelessness including recovery housing employment and spiritual care.
Keep clear and timely documentation of shelter events incident reports attendance medication logs and mandatory reports.
Maintain open respectful communication with coworkers and guests.
Support a clean safe and sober living environment; conduct urinalysis and breathalyzer testing as needed.
Help prepare rooms for new guests including cleaning and laundry duties.
Oversee reception functions such as phone coverage guest intake security camera monitoring greeting and verifying volunteers and/or providers and assist in with the intake process when needed.
Facilitate group classes prayer times and Christian devotionals for guests.
Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
Practice and model Gospel hospitality and maintain a calm professional and Christlike presence.
Work with other staff to model transparent and supportive Christian relationships which will serve as a leadership example for shelter guests.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and emergency protocols.
Uphold client confidentiality and follow Release of Information protocols.
Train and support volunteers and interns as needed.
Maintain and assist in managing and facilitating the class schedules.
Assist with scheduling and participation in Genesis counseling groups.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
One year of case management or similar experience preferred.
Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Services; and/or lived experience strongly preferred and may be considered in place of a formal degree.
A strong Christian faith and passion for serving Jesus and making the Gospel known through mercy ministry.
An active church/prayer life.
Experience with the recovery community within our county.
Understanding or lived experience related to homelessness addiction domestic violence poverty or recovery.
High emotional intelligence with strong boundarysetting and selfreflection skills.
Ability to remain calm and calm others in crises or confrontational situations.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage with diverse populations.
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Gmail and Google Calendar.
Reliable and punctual; able to work onsite as scheduled.
Able to pass preemployment criminal background checks.
