As a Business Process Improvement (BPI) Specialist your mission is to drive crossfunctional improvement projects that help to improve our customers overall experience by increasing operational efficiency and improving process quality/reliability. Your successful delivery of these improvement projects will not only create a shortterm measurable positive impact but will also drive sustained results through integration of solutions into standard operations.

As a BPI you will focus on endtoend process improvements for key priority Operational Excellence programs where you will take on responsibilities for resolving issues impacting customers analysing processes proposing improvements piloting revisions and implementing control plans.

Operational Excellence program focus areas include:

You will:

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Employees must be able to read speak write and comprehend the English language.

Education: A degree in fields such as Business Administration Economics Industrial Engineering Operations Management or a related discipline or equivalent work experience. Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma certification preferred.


Experience: 57 years of experience delivering results from Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement initiatives. Experience in executing continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC SIPOC VOC process mapping value stream mapping 5 Whys etc) through of initiatives. Experience building processes that are intuitive for teams and enable sustained improvement initiatives.
