What We Offer:
- Paid Training:Earn $15.00 per hour during training to help you achieve your CDL and complete driver training.
- Increased Pay:Once your CDL and driver training are complete your hourly rate increases to $18.00.
- Annual Pay Increases:Receive rate increases each year you serve as a substitute driver.
- Path to a Contracted Position:Substitute drivers can bid on open routes to become contracted employees.
