Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of title research title insurance and closing procedures. The Title Clerk will be responsible for conducting title searches preparing title documents and ensuring that all documents are accurate and uptodate. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
**MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS PRIOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE WITH TAG & TITLE**
Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of title documents.
- Verify accuracy of title documents.
- Process title transfers and registrations.
- Prepare title documents for closing.
- Provide customer service to clients regarding title related issues.
- Perform title searches and review documents for accuracy.
- Manage and maintain filing systems.
