We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Kolkata. This role involves aligning business objectives with employees and management driving HR initiatives and ensuring a positive and legally compliant work environment.

• • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations.
    

  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies.
    

  • Manage employee relations conflict resolution and grievances.
    

  • Design and deliver training and development programs.
    

  • Lead performance evaluation and employee engagement activities.
    

  • Oversee payroll compensation and benefits administration.
    

  • Support health safety and wellness initiatives.
    

  • Collaborate with managers to drive organizational goals.
    

  • Maintain strong labour relations and manage union communications.
    

  
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  

• 25 years of experience in HR roles.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office HRIS ATS and HR analytics.
  

• Excellent interpersonal communication and conflictresolution skills.
  

• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
