In dieser Funktion bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen Werksttten und unseren Kunden. Du setzt Dein Expertenwissen aus dem KfzGewerbe vielfltig ein indem Du zum Beispiel verschleibedingte KfzReparaturen beurteilst Kostenvoranschlge und Reparaturrechnungen analysierst und prfst ob die ausgewiesenen Ersatzteile erforderlich sind. Schlielich bernimmst Du die Freigabe der Reparaturanfragen und bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich Reklamationen. Dabei bist Du Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) rund um technische Fragen und Sachverhalte.
Dein Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Kraftfahrzeugtechnik oder mehrjhrige Erfahrung als KfzMechaniker oder Serviceberater (w/m/d)
Erfahrungen im Bereich KfzService oder Service Reparaturen
Erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlgen fr Service Reparaturen
Aktuelle fachbezogene Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Reparaturtechnik
Fundiertes Knowhow im Umgang mit den gngigen EDVAnwendungen
Ausgeprgte Kunden/Serviceorientierung mit sehr hohem Qualittsanspruch sowie ein souvernes Auftreten
Hohes Ma an Flexibilitt Motivation und Teamgeist
Begeisterung fr die Automobiltechnik sowie ein starkes Kostenbewusstsein
