Job Description

Sidney Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for an Early Childhood Special Educator for the 202526 school year. Applicants must possess or be able to obtain a valid Nebraska teaching certificate prior to Public Schools is a progressive and student centered school district located in Western Nebraska along the I80 corridor 90 miles east of Cheyenne Wyoming. The applicant must have a growthminded disposition that reflects the desire to build capacity for all learners the capability to implement researchbased best practices along with the knowledge to interpret data to make informed instructional decisions for the benefit of student achievement and success.

Duties include the ability to work with a variety of groups teachers parents and children in homes daycares and preschools; demonstrate the ability to plan direct implement and evaluate successful learning environments; knowledge of primary service provider approach to services is preferred but training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.

Salary is dependent upon experience and education. Benefits include retirement full family health insurance single dental insurance life insurance leave and shortterm & longterm disability. Specific information is available upon request.
