Role: Flooring Installation Manager
- Own the Process: Manage installation projects from start to finishon time on budget and on point.
- Lead with Confidence: Oversee installer teams coordinate schedules and maintain highquality workmanship.
- Be the Bridge: Keep customers informed and happy throughout their flooring journey.
- Stay Ahead: Anticipate challenges resolve issues quickly and keep jobs running smoothly.
- Set the Standard: Conduct site visits monitor quality and uphold the excellence our brand is known for.
- Experience in flooring installation or construction project management.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Techsavvy mindset (Salesforce Excel Outlook etc..
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and forklift experience are a plus!
- A proactive attitude and a passion for leading others
- Ability to pass a background check
