Position description:
We have a strong preference for candidates with demonstrated ability to teach financial economics (investments and/or corporate finance). We have some preferences for candidates who can teach Intermediate Macroeconomics or Intro to Econometrics.

The successful applicant should have a Ph.D. by September 1 2025 an established record of teaching excellence and a strong research program.
About the Economics Department:
Our teaching load is six courses over three tenweek terms up to two of which may take the form of supervision of undergraduate theses. For more information regarding the Department please visit College offers many opportunities for both faculty and students to engage with multiple disciplines and each other in collaborative classroom settings innovative majors interdisciplinary theses and unique research initiatives. The successful hire may develop courses in their area of expertise that could contribute to one or more of the interdisciplinary programs. Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $83000$86000. Except for roles with a set rate of pay the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to departmental budgets qualifications experience education licenses specialty and training. The stated hiring rate/range represents the Colleges good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate/range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
