Job Description

Placement and Application Process Instructions:

  • Student teachers should work with their educational institutions to be placed at FPS prior to applying. We want to ensure we have a placement and teacher available for your specific program.
  • Once a placement is secured please complete this application for the $4500 stipend.
  • The $4500 is not automatic it is limited to 15 positions per year and is subject to review of the application resume and interview.

Position Posting: Student Teachers Both Fall and Spring Semesters

Qualifications:

  • Student Teaching Approval from College/University

Compensation: $4500/semester to be paid over 5 monthly installments of the assigned semester

Reports To: Cooperating Teacher/Building Administrator/Executive Director of Human Resources and Elementary Operations
