Job Description

Alaska Waste a Waste Connections company is looking for a CDL Trainee to join our team in Anchorage AK. We will train you and help you get your Class B CDL for free!

The schedule will be Monday Friday 5:30am start times 8 hours per day. Pay will be $1923 per hour depending on experience.

This is a laborintensive position requiring regular heavy lifting.

We are looking for laborers who are interested in starting a driving career and grow within the company.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Cleaning equipment with pressure washer
  • Picking up litter
  • General site cleanup
  • Container Assembly
  • Other assigned laborer duties

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience. Preferably in a labor/operator type position.
  • Ability to safely use a pressure washer.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift.
  • Clean driving record
