Now Hiring: Entry Level Account Manager
Location: Charlotte NC Schedule: Monday to Friday 8hour shifts) Pay: $25 $32 per hour

About the Role:
As an Entry Level Account Manager you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment enjoys building relationships and wants to grow a career in marketing and client services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
Communicate with clients to understand goals expectations and project needs.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting.
Support the senior account management team with daytoday administrative tasks.
Participate in meetings take notes and follow up on action items.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
A team player who is eager to learn and grow.
Previous experience in customer service marketing or administration is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
