Job Description

The Role: This position is not limited to Vadodara and is open across multiple locations including Bangalore Dubai Shah Alam and Shanghai. EM (Emerging Market) Regional Service Delivery Manager Invoice to Pay (I2P) is responsible for overseeing the management of invoice to pay transactional processes for a specific geographic region. The Manager will assess I2P processes and identify improvement needs while managing regional I2P activities including if applicable partnering with Xylem third party outsourced services provider. This role will also support efforts around process improvement and strengthened compliance in the general I2P process. The position reports directly to the Sr Manager Global Service Delivery I2P.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources performance levels and development plans for I2P business continuity.
  • Monitor review and evaluate I2P Service outputs methods and procedures.
  • Assist I2P Service Delivery Operation within business units/ local hub(s)/ 3rd Party to identify and resolve problems.
  • Ensure I2P work is performed accurately and timelines are met.
  • Partner and build relationships with regional controllership team and if applicable with 3rd party outsourced services provider to create a collaborative environment.
  • Establish and maintain internal stakeholder partnerships especially with Procurement and Finance Controllership organizations.
  • Identify maintain and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance against I2P key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive the function to achieve targeted objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency accuracy and effectiveness of accounts payable processes.
  • Oversee invoice to pay process ensuring adherence to compliance controls.
  • Perform other tasks duties and responsibilities as assigned (i.e. backup other team members as needed etc.
  • Liaise with internal technical admin team or thirdparty technical solution providers to assist with enhancements break/fix etc.
  • Coordinate both internal and external audit requests.
  • Provide inputs to Global Process Management and Transformation team as it relates to operational improvements.
  • Contribute and support implementation of future Target Operating Shared Services

Minimum Qualifications: Education Experience Skills Abilities License/Certification:

  • Solid multiyear experience in Accounts Payable 5 years)
  • Experience working in a shared service center accounts payable environment.
  • Experience managing outsourced service providers (nice to have).
  • Accounting Finance or related Business degree
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify issues.
  • Selfstarter who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines navigate and be successful in a fastpaced dynamic work environmentas well as work with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrate both the ability and motivation to work collaboratively in a team environment across functions.
