The University of Tasmania is seeking a dedicated Senior Workplace Relations Consultant to join our People and Wellbeing team. This role is pivotal in providing strategic and operational advice on workplace relations ensuring compliance with our staff agreement and fostering a positive workplace environment. You will work closely with the Director Workplace Relations offering expert advice on policy and procedural matters and contributing to the professional development of our team. Salary details
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 8 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $147034 pro rata. This will comprise base salary within the range of $110524 to $125670 pro rata plus 17 superannuation.
