About the role
The Cloud Platform Manager is responsible for managing a team of technical specialists to maintain secure and optimise the organisations AWS cloud platform.
Key responsibilities include managing AWS resources capacity planning monitoring cloud performance and ensuring compliance with security & engineering standards. The role also involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to align cloud strategies with business goals; and mentoring a team of cloud engineers.
About You
- Proven leadership skills and experience to manage a highperforming technical team including developing and retaining talent building an open diverse and inclusive working environment where everyone feels welcome and valued
- Strong knowledge of AWS services
- Excellent understanding and experience with Agile methodology and practices
- Strong capability to deep dive into technical issues by identifying the right people to bring in to resolve
