We are proudly partnering with an allied health service in Bunbury who are leaders in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management you are an EP OT Physio or Rehabilitation Counsellor looking for the best opportunities youve come to the right place!
Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessment (workplace ergonomic etc)
- Liaising between employers employees insurance companies and other health professionals
- Making referrals to other health professionals as needed
- Case management (goal setting setting return to work plans following up on progress)
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and are keen to progress their career further with scope for this position to become a Senior / Lead Consultant for the region.
