Now Hiring: Entry Level Customer Service Assistant
Location: Orlando FL
Salary: $23 $29 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8hour shifts

About the Role:
As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers offering support answering inquiries and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a great opportunity to begin your professional journey in a supportive and creative environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and customers via phone email and inperson
Provide information about our services and handle general inquiries
Maintain client records and update information in the system
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
Process service requests and ensure timely followups
Support marketing and sales teams with customerrelated insights
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fastpaced setting
Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office email platforms)
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
