We currently have anexciting opportunityas a Inventory Control Coordinator.

This role is based at our Distribution Center in Asheville NC and reports to the DC Manager.

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and managing product and material inventory within the Distribution Center. Will ensure the quantities of products manufactured by the Plant reflects the Distribution Centres inventory. The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the preparation of all outgoing shipments and ensuring order accuracy while maintaining good customer service assist in advising the storage and handling of products and inventories and in ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming outgoing and warehoused material

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily that you have the same quantities of products in the factory system and in the distribution center inventory.
  • Check if the daily production has been scanned using the RF BIN maintenance report.
  • Ensure that the overall monthly settlement goal is met.
  • Complete and support inventory adjustments.
  • Investigate any significant variances.
  • Track the quantities that are in the BIN MRB.
  • Participation in the annual inventory and search for solutions/explanations for variances;
  • Track merchandise returns internal transfers and supplier receipts;
  • Resolve complaints within 24 to 48 hours.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience or proven experience;
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Good interpersonal skills attention to detail and ability to work without supervision;
  • Ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Good communicator leadership sense of initiative;
  • Proficiency in mathematical calculations (mathematical assessment);
  • Excellent communication skills English (reading speaking and writing);
  • Solid understanding of MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook);
  • Be occasionally available to work overtime;
  • The successful candidate must undergo a criminal record check.
