Bonaventure is Seeking an Experienced Sales Manager

Olympic Place by Bonaventure is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle phone and inperson inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities include conducting tours coordinating movein details and guiding prospective residents through the decisionmaking process. Prior experience in sales is required.

What Will You Be Doing

As a Sales Manager at Bonaventure youll play a key role in connecting prospective residents and their families with our community. Youll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Handle inbound inquiries make outbound calls to leads and focus on securing deposits to meet occupancy goals.
  • Conduct engaging community tours showcasing amenities and addressing prospective residents questions.
  • Guide potential residents and their families through the decisionmaking process providing support and clarity on all options.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the movein process including scheduling paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and followups with prospective residents.
  • Consistently achieve sales goals with excellent performance and results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local professionals.
  • Plan and execute quarterly marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales preferably within the senior living or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on phonebased sales.
  • Strong ability and a desire to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
