You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dedicated Monitoring & Analytics Specialist to join our Global Process Monitoring & Reporting Team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a highly visible role within a global team that ensures compliance with organizational policies procedures and SOX requirements. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of our reporting processes and the overall success of the organization. Reporting to the Quality Monitoring Supervisor you will play a key role in driving process improvements and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
We will count on you to:
Perform quality monitoring of various processes collaborating with operational teams and sharing guidelines and recommendations.
Coordinate colleagues and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
Implement reporting solutions in cooperation with the Business Intelligence team to improve organizational performance.
Conduct various data analyses to share findings and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
Assist with adhoc tasks projects and initiatives as required to support the teams objectives.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies carrier agreements SOX procedures tax regulations local GAAP US GAAP and local statutory regulations (as applicable) regarding financial matters.
What you need to have:
A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field or a recognized accounting qualification.
5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
A high level of fluency in English both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
The ability to work and prioritize in a fastpaced environment along with strong coordination skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
