Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customeroriented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between our company and its customers ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they reach out. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls addressing customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers and provide prompt assistance.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.

Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and customerfocused mindset.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology is preferred.
  • Flexible availability for working shifts including evenings and weekends.
