We are seeking a Sr Manager Marketing for Amazon Flex in the Worldwide Marketing & Communications team. In this role you will serve as the global marketing leader for Amazon Flex architecting and overseeing our worldwide marketing vision encompassing brand strategy creative direction customer acquisition conversion engagement and retention. You will lead a team responsible for setting up strategies systems mechanisms processes and programs that can be used across all locales to improve how they are able to deliver on regional business goals. This includes owning the global marketing roadmap advising on countryspecific marketing strategies and orchestrating integrated campaigns that drive business growth while maintaining brand consistency across regions. This highly visible position requires an exceptional leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments while delivering measurable results. You will manage a team of product marketers and program managers and need to balance shortterm tactical with longterm strategic planning using datadriven insights to inform decisions. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing and scaling marketing globally strong analytical capabilities crosscultural communication skills and a track record of building and executing sophisticated gotomarket strategies in fastpaced ambiguous environments. They will possess exemplary written and oral communications skills and the ability to earn trust with and advise leadership.
Key job responsibilities
Drive the marketing strategy for Amazon Flex including brand definition and positioning customer acquisition segmentation and targeting engagement and retention and marketing related roadmaps.
Lead and develop a highly effective marketing organization across the customer lifecycle including branding lead generation customer conversion customer engagement product and program marketing creative and program management.
Continually experiment and introduce new approaches to marketing that acquire and engage customers in innovative ways.
Identify create and build programs aimed at improving and simplifying the customer journey.
Build scalable and repeatable marketing programs that have broad but targeted reach. Use lessons learned to create global playbooks toolkits and processes than enable programs to scale.
Track measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to marketing and business leadership.
Manage marketing budget including allocation and reconciliation.
Advise and collaborate efficiently and effectively with the regional marketing communications learning and MarTech teams to support achieving goals and objectives.
Partner closely with stakeholders across our product engineering business development PR legal public policy business operations and creative organizations.
Coach and developing a team of highperforming product marketing and program specialists.
10 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience managing teams
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience driving direction and alignment with crossfunctional teams
Experience in interteam working skills to develop partnership with partner tech team and operating at leadership levels
Experience driving new business segment or services launches
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience scaling globally
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience guiding creative input development and from concept to completion
Knowledge of Photoshop video editing and related tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $168300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
