The role:
In this role youll work closely with leaders across the Department to support the resolution of complex people mattersthink performance conduct disputes and everything in between. Youll be a trusted advisor helping to guide fair and timely solutions that improve outcomes for individuals and the broader organisation. Its a role that balances the human side of workplace relations with a strategic systemsthinking mindset.
Youll need to navigate sensitive issues often with competing views while keeping communication clear and solutions peoplefocused. Whether its guiding early intervention partnering on best practice policies or helping build leadership capability youll be part of shaping a strong respectful workplace culture.
